Org themes
Org admins can publish a bundled theme of CSS, fonts and assets that any vis authored under the org can opt into with a single config value.

An organisation theme contains custom.css, fonts, and images that
visualisations can reuse by selecting the theme.
Private org themes are available only through a full account credential and accepted organisation membership. Scoped credentials, including conversation and job-run tokens, do not inherit private-theme access. Public org themes can still be used without that membership. Creating or changing a private org theme additionally requires an accepted admin, founder or superuser role.
Set config/theme to +<organisation>/<theme>. This example assumes a
theme named report in the fictional organisation example_org:
novem -p example_plot -w config/theme +example_org/report
Per-vis custom.css still layers on top of the org theme, so authors
can adjust individual visualisations. See the
theme guide for the available variables and theme modes.
