Our story

We knew the work. We wanted to stop rebuilding it.

The analysis was rarely the end of the job. There was still a chart to finish, a report to assemble, a deck to update and someone waiting for the result. Next month, the same again.

We founded Novem in 2024 to bring that work into one place. Ask a question or write code, create something people want to read, share it anywhere and let it run again when the data changes.

Our backgrounds span investment management, communications systems and software engineering. What connects us is respect for the people doing the work and the belief that good tools give them time to think.
