Novem onboarding material

Source for the Novem onboarding material: the Nix + Makefile setup that builds and publishes the welcome e-mail, five plots (line, bar, mtable, and custom D3 map and heatmap), a dashboard grid, and the tour doc that ties them together.

Every chart uses real Norwegian power prices. The repo is also the render step of the strompriser job: job/main.py, built by the Dockerfile, reads the job's price dataset (the strompriser space) and rewrites the plots' data.

A job repo (config/type = job): each push builds the image that the strompriser job's render step runs.

Each visual lives under api/vis/<kind>/<slug>/ (e.g. api/vis/docs/getting-started); custom-plot sources are in src/plots/<slug>/. Per-asset targets like make publish-doc-getting-started push one at a time.
