Interactive Oslo map of the average price per square metre (kr/m², all dwellings) by district. Click a district to zoom into its sub-districts; click "← All districts" or the background to zoom out. Scroll or use the +/- buttons to zoom freely.

Data source: Oslo municipality, Statistics Bank table BOL018 ("Average price per square metre ... for dwellings sold"), full year 2025 (published May 2026). Underlying data from Boligmappa AS.

Geography: 15 districts + Sentrum (16), plus 97 sub-districts. Sub-district boundaries are dissolved from Kartverket's grunnkrets units via Oslo municipality's official grunnkrets to sub-district key.

Updates: Per-district and per-sub-district price per m² is available only annually (the freshest official granularity). Monthly figures exist only at the Oslo/zone level (Eiendom Norge), not per district.

Note on Sentrum: highest kr/m² (127,313) but based on only 41 sales in 2025, a thin sample that swings between years.
