Life at Novem
People over process.
We trust people to do good work. That means freedom in how you build, time to think and a team to work through the hard parts with.
Our engineering team calls StartupLab in Oslo home. We meet regularly with colleagues from further afield and make room for flexibility in when and where people work. Family comes first.
